Tomorrow's the last day of my temp job.  It's a pity, I have enjoyed it, but it's time to move on.  The temp agency have offered me another one but there's a number of reasons why I can't take it.  Primarily, they ignored where I wrote on my CV that I cannot drive.  The hours start so early and it's so far away that if I had to walk into town to take a bus I'd probably have to get up at 5.30am to make it, and that would be six days a week while working until 8pm at night.  Not really practical.  I'd also have to wear a suit.  I don't mind the wearing part but I don't own a suit and can't afford to buy one.  So, no thanks.

I do have a few job interviews lined up.  On Saturday, I'm having an interview at Gamestation for a Christmas temp job.  I don't think they'll offer me the hours I need to support myself but it's worth a try.  Next Thursday, I have a job interview for Capita - an insurance firm.  I'll have to take a small exam at that interview but, again, it's worth a try.  Aviva (Norwich Union) left me a message today asking me to get back to them, so hopefully that will be a third interview.

I've also given my CV to a number of temp agencies - including Norfolk County Council - and applied for a full time job for the Royal Mail.  Hopefully I'll get something soon.  My money is starting to run out...
