...And I'm not looking forward to it.  45 minutes in an enclosed space with lots of loud noises going off around me.  Added to the fact that I probably won't get the results for another two weeks...

 

My appointment is tomorrow morning at 9.50am and should be over by 11.30am.  I imagine that I'm going to be catatonic for the rest of the day...

My mood: extremely morose
My health: been better

Best wishes, Ryuu. Will be thinking of you, and hope for a clear and good report as a result. I always think medical procedures are quite interesting. If you get claustrophobic I can understand you're apprehensive. Do something fun after it's over if you can!

Thanks Groffy. Have had the scan now, but won't receive the results for a undisclosed amount of time. Did not really enjoy it much either. It was much like being trapped inside a dot-matrix printer...

I also hope you'll get a good report back. I think one of my worst fears medically, is that I have some type of brain tumor. I'm suspicious that I do, but I've yet to really bring it up with my doctor. I am supposed to get a MRI, but that's for my legs. Anyways, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Well, Im glad its over with and reasonably without a hitch. MIR always look terribly unpleasent on TV shows...awful. Ill add my wishes to Groffy's for a clear and good report. I really hope it isnt long until all of this is behind you - it feels a bit like a never ending nightmare... *HUG*

It certainly does. I was hoping they'd give me some indication of the results immediately, rather than seeing "You can go now; see you in two weeks". I feel like they're putting a lot of stress on me for what could be nothing...
